Follow our simple packing instructions and bring the parcel to a Canada Post outlet. The post office attendant will apply a shipping label at no cost to you. Shipping takes about 1 week to our lab in Edmonton.
The price you pay for a successfully recovery is based on the type and capacity of the drive. This price is fixed when you create the work order. There is no fee if recovery was not successful and you retain the option to send the drive to another lab.
Return shipping is optional; most clients download their recovered files. The patient drive you leave with us is disassembled for parts to use in other data recovery cases. There is a $25 return shipping fee if you want the patient drive back.
