Bad Sectors Recovery – Reading slow drives without proper tools makes the problem worse. Our prices allows drives to be sent for recovery sooner to avoid further damage.

Formatted Recovery – Successful undelete is possible for hard drives (HDD) that haven’t been overwritten yet. Less so for solid state drives (SSD) due to TRIM, a process that instantly erases flash memory.

Firmware Repair – Configuration problems in the system area can prevent a drive from initializing. We’ll apply fixes made by researchers at our tool vendor, ACE Laboratories.

Heads Replacement – We have many donor drives in stock and can order one if needed. Ordering donor drives is subject to availability especially for some batches of drives with similar problem.

Motor Replacement – Drive motors are embedded in the HDD casing. To replace them, data platters and heads are moved to a new casing.

Electornics Repair – Circuit board repair or programming a replacement PCB.

USB Flash Drive – Chip-off recovery by reading NAND chips and reconstruction of drive image.
